Instructor: Leesa Stevens, Soughdough Baker Sourdough isn't meant to be complicated, it's meant to nourish your family and fit the rhythm of your life. This class will introduce care and maintenance of your starter, basic tools for starting your sourdough journey, and uses for your discard. Each participant will go home with a sourdough starter and recipes.
